Ingredients:

• 2tablespoons of Patak's 283g Balti Curry Paste  
• 500g of chicken pieces  
• 1can (400g) of chopped tomatoes  
• 1onion, finely chopped  
• 2garlic cloves, minced  
• 1cup of coconut milk  
• Fresh cilantro for garnish  
• 1tablespoon of vegetable oil  

Process: 

1. Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.  
2. Add the Balti Curry Paste and chicken, brown the chicken. 
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and coconut milk, simmer until the chicken is cooked. 
4. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with naan or rice.
