Laziza Rasmalai Mix 75g

75gm | Ingredients needed:1Laziza Rasmalai Mix package,1liter of milk,1egg, 4-5 teaspoon of cooking oil, ½ -1cup of sugar.

Steps:

• First beat the egg well
• Add ½ -1cup of sugar and2cups of water to the milk and bring to a boil.
• Mix 4-5 teaspoons of a mild cooking oil with the Laziza Rasmalai mixture and blend well. Add ¾ of the beaten egg and knead well with a spoon until the dough is soft and smooth.
• Make 15-18 small oval or round balls. Place the oval-shaped balls in the boiling milk and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Dip and turn the balls constantly, using a spoon, until they are 3-4 times larger than their original size.
• Refrigerate before enjoying the delicious Rasmalai
