Description -
Indian mixed pickle, also known as "achaar," is a popular and flavorful condiment in Indian cuisine. It is made by preserving a variety of vegetables and sometimes fruits in a mixture of spices, oil, and vinegar or lemon juice.
The vegetables are chopped or cut into small pieces and then mixed with a blend of spices such as mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, turmeric, and red chili powder. This spice mix is usually roasted or heated in oil to release its flavors before being added to the vegetables. The pickle is then left to ferment and marinate in the spices for several days, allowing the flavors to blend and intensify.

Ingredients: Vegetable mix (mango, carrot, lime, chili) (60-65%) Rapeseed oil, salt, water, Acidity regulator: acetic acid (E-260), red chili, fenugreek, fennel, cumin seeds, mustard, turmeric, Nigella. According to the traditional recipe, the Mango is cut with seeds, be careful as pieces of Mango seed stone may remain.
