National Masaledar's Bombay Style Biryani Recipe Mix is the perfect complement to spicy Bombay-style rice with meat and potatoes, specially prepared by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in the right proportions. It will allow you to cook food with ease.
Ingredients:
- Salt.
- Red and green chili.
- Dried plum.
- Cumin seed.
- Cilantro and cinnamon.
- Citric acid and monosodium glutamate.
- Black pepper.
- Cardamom and turmeric.
- Bay leaf and cloves.
- Mace and nutmeg.
Cooking Steps:
- Heat the oil and fry the onions until golden brown. Add the meat, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, yogurt, and National Masaledar Bombay Style Biryani Recipe Mix and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add 4-5 cups of water if using beef or lamb. When the meat is cooked through, add the potatoes and simmer until tender.
- Add the green chilies when the oil separates from the masala and remove from heat.
- In a separate saucepan, take 12 cups of water, 3 tablespoons of table salt and boil the rice until it is 3/4 full.
- Make a layer with half the rice, add the meat layer, and top with a second layer of rice (sprinkle with zarda coloring as needed). Simmer the rice for 5 minutes on high heat, then simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
- The delicious Bombay-Style Masaledar Biryani is ready. Serve with raita and salad.
