  • Red and green chili.
  • Dried plum.
  • Cumin seed.
  • Cilantro and cinnamon.
  • Citric acid and monosodium glutamate.
  • Black pepper.
  • Cardamom and turmeric.
  • Bay leaf and cloves.
  • Mace and nutmeg.

Cooking Steps:

  • Heat the oil and fry the onions until golden brown. Add the meat, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, yogurt, and National Masaledar Bombay Style Biryani Recipe Mix and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add 4-5 cups of water if using beef or lamb. When the meat is cooked through, add the potatoes and simmer until tender.
  • Add the green chilies when the oil separates from the masala and remove from heat.
  • In a separate saucepan, take 12 cups of water, 3 tablespoons of table salt and boil the rice until it is 3/4 full.
  • Make a layer with half the rice, add the meat layer, and top with a second layer of rice (sprinkle with zarda coloring as needed). Simmer the rice for 5 minutes on high heat, then simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  • The delicious Bombay-Style Masaledar Biryani is ready. Serve with raita and salad.
