Ingredients:

• 2tablespoons of Patak's Extra Hot Curry Paste 283g  
• 500g of chicken pieces  
• 1large onion, finely chopped  
• 2tomatoes, crushed  
• 1cup of coconut milk  
• Fresh cilantro for garnish  
• Water as needed  

Process: 

1. Fry the onion in oil until translucent, add the curry paste and fry for one minute.  
2. Add the chicken, making sure it is well coated, and cook until golden brown.
