Lightly fry chopped vegetables. Add cooked rice. Gently mix in a full packet of Schezwan Fried Rice Masala. Coat well with the masala rice and cook until done. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS - 
6 cups boiled rice (leftover rice is best)
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage 1/2 cup
finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped kidney beans 1/2 cup
finely chopped onion
4 tbsp oil
1 packet Ching's Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala

HOW TO USE -
1. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and add all the finely chopped vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
2. After 3 minutes, add 6 cups boiled rice and mix well or stir fry.
3. Add Ching's Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala and stir fry for 1-2 min. (No need to add salt or Masala) turn off the heat after 2 min.
4. Serve the tasty Schezwan fried rice hot.
