Ingredients:
Minced Meat (Beef/Lamb) 1 kg (finely chopped)
Onion 4 or 250 g (medium, finely chopped)
Curd 1 cup or 200 g (beaten)
Green Chili 6-7
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Oil/Glarged Butter 1 cup 200 ml
1 packet National Kofta Spice

Method
1. Mix: In the mice add half onion, half curd, half coriander, green chili and 2 tbsp of national kofta masala.
2. Mix well and make 20-25 medium sized koftas.
3. Fry: In hot oil add remaining onion, garlic ginger and national kofta masala and mix the curd well.
4. Fry until oil comes to the surface.
5. Cook: Add 3-4 cups of water and cook until it boils.
6. Then add the koftas and simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
7. Serve: The delicious kofta is ready.
8. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with naan or chapatti.
