Ingredients:
- 2tablespoons of Patak's Vindaloo Curry Paste 283g
- 500g of chicken pieces
- 1large onion, finely chopped
- 2tomatoes, diced
- 1teaspoon of Vindaloo curry powder
- 200ml of water
- 1tablespoon of vinegar
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Process:
- Marinate the chicken in Vindaloo Curry Paste mixed with vinegar and set aside for2hours.
- Sauté the onions until golden brown, add the chicken and brown well.
